Again the shopping list is more of a guide. You may need to adjust the amounts of each ingredient if you are cutting recipes in half or even doubling. I didn't include spices again so make sure you double check you have what you need to get some awesome flavors!

  1. How do you know how many serving each recipe makes?

  2. Each recipe is enough to make food for two people (my husband and myself) and leftovers for lunch the next day! On the recipes there are notes I have made on recipes that make tons of food and whether or not I half it :)
